Some curriculums will assist the company in providing organizations and advocating training information related to enhancing and improving in house documentation. All internal communications and advocacy will also play a major factor. The Training and Curriculum Development will also used their skills in developing, training modules, and supplemental resources/materials. Some Consultant will be responsible for planning the logistics and agenda for three two-day training seminars to take place over the course of a quarter.
Assisting with training participants in one of three components (documentation; communications; and policy advocacy.) Developing criteria by which to evaluate the pilot project and its overall impact.
Working with staff to communicate with participating organizations between trainings• Interfacing with trainers and consultants as necessary the qualifications and skills of a consultant will include the following:
- Proven experience with designing, developing and delivering trainings for organizations and with program planning and implementation
- Knowledge of, or experience with, staff related community and community-based organizations, and issues such as gender violence and immigrant rights.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Exceptional writing, organization, and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Willingness to travel.
