Deloitte & Touche LLP seeks a Advisory Senior Consultant in Houston, TX.

Work You’ll Do

Interact with development teams to deliver SAP Treasury design and implementation services to Fortune 500 companies, including treasury IT strategy, bank connectivity strategies (SWIFT), and organizational and process improvements. Produce quality internal and external communications and deliverables, including technical content of reports and proposals. Understand clients business. Deliver services meeting engagement leader specifications. Perform daily aspects of client engagements, including scheduling and supervising staff, presenting client deliverables, and working with clients senior management. Define, plan and execute SAP cash management, Liquidity planning, SAP In-House Case management, Treasury and Commodity risk management including Exposure management, Transaction management, Hedge management & accounting and market risk, credit and portfolio analyzers, SAP Finance and management controlling modules. Develop tools, methodologies and assets for project delivery. Act as subject matter expert in area of focus. Provide recommendations for improved and enhanced business efficiency to clients. Participate in add-on sales to clients and sales process for major opportunities. Participate in proposal development efforts. Build and nurture strong client relationships and ensure ongoing client communication. Enhance relationships with audit and tax professionals and support audit engagements with specialized accounting and industry knowledge. Play substantive role in engagement planning, economics, and billing. Evaluate, counsel, mentor, and provide feedback on performance of subordinates and assist with recruitment and retention of professionals.

Requirements

Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Technology Management, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).

Eighteen months of experience defining, planning, and executing SAP cash management.

Experience must include eighteen months of:

Providing SAP treasury, risk management, and technology advisory services to clients;

Designing, implementing, and supporting SAP security for S4 HANA and cloud-enabledSAPsystems utilizing SAP modules, including finance (FI), controlling (CO), banking, and cash management;

Assessing client IT systems (SAP ERP) and designing and developing SAP Treasury and cash management solutions to meet clients business needs;

Designing and delivering complex SAP treasury projects, including integration with SAP Finance and Controlling (Accounting) and SAP funds management modules;

Executing entire SAP treasury and cash management project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, attending blueprint workshops, and performing configuration, test case review, UAT, stakeholder sign-off, and go-live support;

Conducting business analysis for business processes, including Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Plan to Make (PTM), as input to SAP security role design and SAP controls design;

Designing solutions to address regulatory requirements, including IFRS, US GAAP, SOX, EMIR, and Dodd-Frank;

Designing bank connectivity strategies and developing interfaces enabling SAP TMS to connect with banking networks using SWIFT integration, SAP connectivity solutions, or host-to-host connections with individual banks; and

Utilizing Excel to validate system requirement files to ensure roles are built to specifications, and utilizing Change Request Management (CHaRM) to transport completed roles into SAP environment.

Position requires 80% travel.
