About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant. In this position you will play a major role in migrating customers to new and improved product in Treasury Management. This consultant collaborates with our treasury management sales and digital product managers and coordinate with service and implementation leaders to define, simplify, explain, document, and implement processes that ensure success. In this role, you will:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics

Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work

Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations

Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables

Present resolutions to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business

Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for multiple business groups across Treasury management

Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management

Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Preferred locations are listed in posting. Salary range is determined by the location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards. The annual salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule:

#Commercial Banking

Required Qualifications, US:

2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services

2 years of experience in Treasury Management or Commercial Banking

Demonstrated ability to understand, articulate and execute strategies for complex projects that impact client and team member experience

Ability to identify and articulate issues, risks, and propose solutions to various levels of the organization

Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations

Experience developing and maintaining internal support procedures, tools and related documents in support of our partners

Ability to apply critical & strategic thinking

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent problem solving skills

BA/BS or higher

Job Expectations:

Position will report to one of the posted locations as per Enterprise/LOB guidance currently 3 days in office

Pay Range

$73,100.00 - $129,900.00 Annual
