Deloitte Government and Public Services (GPS) Advisory LLP advises clients on managing business controversy and conflict, executing deals, and maintaining regulatory compliance. We provide services to companies throughout their lifecycle from purchasing a company to investigating potential fraud.
Our GPS Advisory Forensic practiceprovides investigative expertise to analyze events, people, entities, and financial data in order to extract relevant insights for our Federal clients’ mission-critical needs.
Deloitte is seeking Policy and Requirements Management professionals that are focused on executing oversight responsibilities by improving governance and quality of policy documents for our Federal clients while providing first-class policy management services. We are building a team that aims to adapt, design, deliver, and integrate advanced technology solutions to improve data sharing, exploitation, and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in systems engineering and experience providing technical direction and clarification of requirements to software teams and integration and test teams in a predominantly Agile environment.
Required Experience
Must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related STEM degree program from an Accredited University/School/College
2 years demonstrated engineering experience with a proven track record of success
Solid understanding of the SE development lifecycle and change management process
Experience in systems engineering functions including: operations concept development, System and product design, requirements management, technical risk management, interface definition and control
Knowledge of and experience working in DOORS or similar requirements management tools (ReqSuite, Jira, Agile Manager, VersionOne, Atlassian, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
Desired Experience
Systems Engineering experience on a large government software development contract
Experience in integration, and/or verification and validation
Experience in SE process development and deployment
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using DOORS, Enterprise Architect and JIRA or similar tools
Experience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment, being part of a highly integrated team working closely with SW, Integration and Verification teams
Qualified Six Sigma Specialist or equivalent
Experience in Systems Integration
