The Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team forges the strategic direction of Wells Fargo, provides and manages our digital foundation and common capabilities, and transforms our business models to meet evolving customer needs and grow the company. About this role:
The Business Process Management Consultant will be responsible for governance support of SDI Business Process Management for multiple business units in the SDI, an enterprise function.
Gathering materials and host the recurring SDI BPM meetings (program call, process owner forums)
Coordinate prioritization and scheduling with the business for BPM Modeling
Completing pre-work activities in preparation for BPM Modeling
Maintaining SDI BPM governance procedures
Support activities related to the annual inventory validation and attestation deliverable for BPM
In this role, you will:

Required Qualifications, US:
8 years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry: operational risk management, compliance, or audit operations

Effectively create presentations to deliver information to a wide range of audiences
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
