Consultant, Program Management Support - Operations Transformation

Our Operations Transformation team focuses on transforming our clients’ core business operations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on “heart of the business” issues across federal, state, and local government organizations. We are looking for professionals who will use their deep sector knowledge and program management skills to work alongside our clients to bring best practices and manage their most important initiatives and projects.

Work you’ll do

The Consultant, Program Management Support, will provide day to day Project management support to high level clients to include: Briefing development support, Risk Management Support, and Schedule Management. This role will also be responsible for providing facilitation support for meetings such as Risk Review Board Meetings, schedule status update meetings and other ad hoc client meetings. In addition, this person will also be providing reporting support to senior leaders.

Our Operations Transformation team focuses on transforming our clients’ core business operations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on “heart of the business” issues in specific sectors including Health Care, Banking & Securities, Insurance, and Energy & Resources. The type of work we provide to our clients includes Operations Excellence, Payment & Care Model Innovation and Emerging Business Models.

Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to create a flexible, innovative business model supported by a strong operations foundation. Professionals will use their deep sector knowledge and technical business operations consulting experience to take a more strategic view of our clients’ priorities, helping them to prepare for growth, embrace the digital agenda and maximize operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

3 Years' of Experience in a consulting role

3 Years' of Experience with a strong background project management

Active Secret Security Clearance

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications

Integrated Master Scheduler Experience

Strong history of support program and contract management activities including: onboarding/offboarding, deliverables management, financial reporting, status reporting, and action item management

Frequent experience with MSFT tools: Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple stakeholders
