Candidates will ideally be based in Oklahoma City, but the project is able to consider candidates willing to travel to the client site regularly. Prior management consulting experience is strongly preferred, especially in the higher education, finance, technology, or media sectors.
As the Training lead, you will work on a Workday HCM implementation and be responsible for:
Developing End User Training Strategy
Creating training plan and training curriculum to support users in adopting Workday
Developing Train-the-Trainer materials
Supporting preparation of Trainers through facilitation of Train-the-Trainer session
Developing End User Training Sustainment Plan
Supporting the preparation of Trainers through facilitation of Train-the-Trainer session
Developing an End User Training Sustainment Plan
Travel up to 80%; while up to 80% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice

Organization Transformation
The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.
Qualifications
-5 years of experience creating training plan and training curriculum
-Bachelor's degree
-MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience
-HCM Workday certification
