Aon Is Looking for an Executive Compensation Senior Associate ConsultantAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Talent, Rewards, and Performance business group within Aon. As an Executive Compensation Sr Associate Consultant, you will report directly to a team of Consultants.  Candidate can be located virtually and near any of our Aon offices in the United States Your Impact as an Executive Compensation Senior Associate ConsultantAs an Executive Compensation Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team to deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for comprehensive data gathering and analysis, conducting complex research, and creating client deliverables. Job Responsibilities:Perform competitive analysis using a variety of tools and resourcesConduct financial analysis and modeling (including CIC calculations, ISS modeling)Research executive compensation market practices and technical research regarding tax, accounting, and disclosure requirements related to executive compensationAssist with client management through industry/company or technical research and through frequent positive interactions with client representativesContribute to ultimate client deliverables by managing and checking own work product and work product of othersShare knowledge and tools with peers and other associatesInterface with clientLead client scoping conversations related to market analysis, competitive practice, or technical research and participate in conversations related to executive compensation program design and technical compliance You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:2 to 5 years of related work experienceFamiliar with the executive compensation segmentsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Experience:Ability to travel occasionally  Education:Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines (Business, Math, Economics, Accounting, Finance, and Statistics) is preferred. We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 annually.
