Essential Functions of the Job:

HR Transformation Consultants will consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR Delivery through improved processes and technologies. Consultants participate on large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for our clients. Consultants are involved in the implementation of custom operational solutions. Responsibilities include executing project plans on large, complex engagements from analysis through implementation. Consultants will have daily client interaction.

Oracle EBS/Fusion Human Capital Consulting professionals are involved in the design and implementation of custom, technology enabled business solutions. Our Consulting professionals function as integrators, bringing together process and technology solutions to solve business issues. Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues. They gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines within the practice while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities.

The HR Transformation team is currently looking for industry-leading Oracle EBS Fusion Senior Consultants with the following experience:

Required Skills:

A functional professional with at least one full lifecycle Oracle EBS/Fusion implementation and two years of industry and/or consulting experience. At least 2 years of experience implementing Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM. Strong configuration and design skills are essential to this position. A resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Strong experience in HR process design and participating in design workshops Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team. Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career. Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel. Ability to travel 80% of the time (Monday through Thursday weekly) A Bachelor's degree

Advanced Degree

Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor (OTL), Learning Management, Advanced Benefits (OAB), Compensation Workbench (CWB), i-Recruitment, Talent Management, Self Service and Labor Distribution, Taleo.
