Geneva Trading is searching for an experienced Instructional Design Consultant for a 12-month contract. The consultant will work closely with the Director of Learning & Development to complete several learning projects in support of trader education, technology learning, leadership development, and performance management. Additionally, this role will support the launch and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).\u00A0 \u00A0This role will manage learning projects from start to finish and work with executive-level leaders to identify needs and define scope. You will collaborate with technical subject-matter experts in the design of multi-week learning programs and the creation of curriculum. You will produce high-quality, polished training decks, handbooks, and instructional videos. You will coordinate, schedule, and deliver high-impact training classes and facilitate engaging live workshops. Finally, you will hand-off all learning projects to the business, along with instructions and recommendations for the continuation and growth of learning programs. \u00A0\u00A0What you\u2019ll DoWork with HR, leaders, and Subject Matter Experts to identify a target audience's training needs, then design and implement learning project plansDesign and develop multi-week training programs and individual courses with instructional end goals and learning objectives that guide content creation and activities that enhance the learning experienceDevelop modes of assessment such as tests or quizzes to measure the effectiveness of the course and show ROIResearch L&D vendors and technology and source external content and tools for learning programsSchedule and deliver live in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions Support the HR team in launching and implementing the Learning Management System (LMS); Create and implement LMS process and procedures; Upload, organize, assign, and track courses in the LMSCreate recommendations and hand-off plans for all learning projects; create and document processes and procedures for that will ensure smooth continuation of all ongoing learning programs.
