Description
The Market Consultation/Partnership Lead promotes and improves the quality and measurement of care delivery programs with a market(s). The Market Consultation/Partnership Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Market Consultation/Partnership Lead works with internal/business partnerships on operations, process, network needs and member trends related to behavioral health. They will develop deep working knowledge about the company in order to speak to the markets/business partners effectively.
Responsibilities
Location: work at home anywhere
The Market Consultation/Partnership Lead engages and partners with physicians, physician groups, and market leadership to drive initiatives. Influences and consults on matters related to quality and measurement of care delivery programs with a market(s). Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
Deliver ongoing training, tools and programs, related to Behavioral Health market operations and trends and connection to Care Management, to create consistencies within the operating model streamlining workflows
Execute effective communications and strategies streamlining the information received by each market
Develop and maintain relationships with both corporate and market leaders and associates
Analyze divisional/regional data and employ improvement strategy utilizing partnerships with both Corporate and Market business areas
Develop a working knowledge of the company, its products, the healthcare industry and the regulatory agencies that govern us in order to develop messaging through effective communication channels
Once normal travel resumes, travel requirements are up to 25%
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
7 years of consulting experience
2 or more years of project leadership and/or program management/leadership experience
Significant knowledge and understanding of performance improvement strategy development and execution
Experience in strategic planning and leading cross-functional teams
Ability to influence and build relationships with people across all levels and organizations internally and externally
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel)
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data trends and continuous quality improvement process experience
Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
Progressive business consulting experience
Preferred Qualifications
Health industry solutions experience
Behavioral Health or integrated care experience
Graduate degree
Intermediate ability to implement process improvements
