About this role:

In this role, you will:
Lead managers to sustain change and achieve desired performance results within Change Management
Contribute to implementation strategy, methods and plans related to change implementation
Review moderately complex projects, and implementation of strategy, and methods
Engage in action planning and execute action plan based on gaps or needs
Make recommendations on factors that may impact change adoption and sustainability
Research performance trends
Resolve data, logistics, project support issues, and lead team to meet production deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of trends, risk, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, risk, compliance, and managers to resolve production issues, and achieve goals
Serve as a mentor
Required Qualifications, US:
4 years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding consumer home lending and related regulations
Knowledge and understanding of traditional fulfillment functions such as processing, underwriting, and closing
2 years of leadership experience including coaching, training and mentoring
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to identify trends and turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change
Ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Experience with conforming, government and/or non-conforming mortgage loan products
Job Expectations:
Ability to provide and work from a home office
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
