This position will support our Employee Rewards practice. In this role, you will be refining and applying your knowledge of compensation design and implementation practices to deliver high quality and effective client solutions. You will contribute independently on smaller projects; leading them with direction from more experienced consultants and/or serve as a team member for larger, more complex client engagements. In this role, you will be primarily delivering billable client work but will support selling efforts and be a part of proposal teams. We are open for this candidate to sit virtually in the United States. Primary Responsibilities:  Consulting and Project ManagementDevelop project plans and meeting materialsParticipate in or lead data gathering and fact finding with the clientDefine and/or apply analysis and models to evaluate compensation data and develop recommendationsComplete job evaluations, develop salary structures, and conduct cost modeling and impact analysisDevelop written reports and documentsParticipate in or lead development of implementation strategiesContribution to SalesIdentify client's current issues and future needs and pursue new or expanded workDevelop client proposalsBuild positive relationships with clients.Content DevelopmentContribute to content development through researchPresent your findings both internally and/or externally via speeches, papers, and conferences Technical Competencies/Skills Requirements:Strong consultative skills, including relationship building, process skills, and facilitation skillsAbility to understand and analyze business problems, break down problems to identify root cause issues, and identify solutionsAbility to manage, model, analyze, and manipulate data, using software such as Excel and AccessExperience working with teams and/or leading small teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHave an “eye for detail,” while not losing focus of the bigger pictureKnowledge of compensation strategy, design, and implementation, including base pay, annual incentives, and recognitionFamiliarity with global reward principles and practicesFamiliarity with talent principles and practices, especially related to performance managementAbility to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects in fast-pace, loosely-structured and deadline-oriented environmentMaturity to operate independently, yet maintain open communication with team members on changing landscape/prioritiesTrack record of success in terms of historical performance rating and/or utilization (billable hours / total hours)Minimum of 5-8 years relevant work experienceExcellent business writing (correspondence and reports) and presentation skillsProficiency in Excel and AccessAbility to travel and work at client locations (up to 50%) Education: Bachelors degree in related disciplineMasters degree/MBA preferred We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually.
