We have a great opportunity for an Analyst! TheClinical Enterprise
Analyst, Model of Care (MOC) Innovation will support the development of
DaVita\'s integrated care strategy and prepare the organization for a shift
to value-based care.
In an integrated care environment, we aim to provide the comprehensive and
preventative care each patient needs to be healthier in the new value-based
healthcare world. This teammate will be an innovator and experimenter in
developing this model and collaborating with several teams across the Village
on this executive driven transformation. This position blends innovative
strategic thinking with operational execution.
Core activities include: support in the development of the care model to
deliver integrated kidney care to ESKD patients, developing clinical and
operational process flows to best care for our patients, determining
appropriate front line and operational leadership roles and responsibilities
to be successful, creating new field facing tools and reports, and
improving physician partnerships and workflows (e.g. care coordination).
The Analyst, MOC Innovation will work on a team of highly-motivated
individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management,
and/or clinical experience. This highly visible and cross-functional role
will work directly with Kidney Care and IKC (Integrated Kidney Care)
leadership
Key responsibilities are spread across three categories:
Strategy
Evaluate effectiveness and scalability of field initiatives and prepare
markets for the launch of new integrated care programs
Evaluate performance of current initiatives and complete analysis to
understand best opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and reduce total
cost of care
Innovation
Thoughtful evaluation of ideas generated by field teammates and business
stakeholders
A continuous improvement mindset, adopting an iterative approach to testing
Pilots and experimentation
Supports the development, piloting, deployment and outcomes of clinical
programs by driving work lanes independently
Builds complex models and conducts financial planning and analyses to assess
impact on business metrics
Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from
analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree required
3 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering,
investment banking or a corporate strategy role preferred
Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient
experience
Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred
Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
Strong project management skills

responsibility
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Comfort with ambiguity
Ability to effectively handle and drive multiple projects with multiple teams

* Minimum of three (3) years\' healthcare reimbursement experience
