Opportunity for motivated individual with a clinical and training background. Prefer 5+ years of previous training experience, in a clinical setting. Strong project management, consulting and writing skills required. Preference for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are flexible and adaptive as needs changes. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job duties include but are not limited to: Supports needs assessments and learning evaluations to provide data driven recommendations. Implements, analyzes, and reports on a periodic learning needs assessment in support of training implementation. Consult with internal customers to identify learning and development needs related to life support training programs. Is creative and uses effective problem-solving techniques that lead to the development and implementation of new approaches and methods at every opportunity. Fosters an environment of continuous improvement, best practices, lessons learned, and quality outcomes. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers, consultants or others. Demonstrates flexibility in response to competing demands, shifting priorities and organizational constraints. Facilities training. Utilizes Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 evaluation strategies to measure reaction, cognitive learning, on the job learning in identified programs and data derived results. Consult with employees and leaders to create pro-active and responsive solutions to individual, team and departmental development needs. The ability to lead, delegate, facilitate, provide feedback, and make decisions while managing issues, conflicts, budgets, and client relationships. Reports compliance and evaluation outcomes to management and others as appropriate. Measures and reports the impact of programs on organizational goals. Uses evaluation data on an on-going basis to revise and continuously improve training strategies. Uses Kronos to manage timekeeping. Active role in department scheduling

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree or 8 years related experience required.
Experience: Prefer 5+ years of previous HR, education or organizational development. Experience in a clinical setting, in-hospital or ambulatory preferred.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: BLS, ACLS and PALS certification or must be able to complete certifications within 6 months of employment.
