.Net, .Net Framework 3.5/4.0, 5 years technical/process management

Intimate knowledge of the SCTCS grants management application

Communication

Planning with emphasis on meeting the establish timeline.

Required education: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years' experience in the field or years of works experience
