The work:
The Human Center Design (HCD) Consultant will support Strategy Process Improvement Projects focused on core mission activities, premarket approval, post market compliance, surveillance and mission support, financial budgeting, and human capital. The HCD Consultant will be responsible for all facets of project planning, scoping and execution including facilitating meetings and creating deliverables. This is a customer facing role that will require attention to detail with client-ready deliverables and strong communication skills.
Here's what you need:
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a human-centered design OR Design Thinking capacity
Candidate should have strong Strategy and Management Consultant skills including demonstrated experience with Human Center Design (HCD) inclusive of concepts, approaches, and workshop tools.
Strong facilitation experience for HCD centric workshops and interviews with executive level groups and individuals.
Ability to identify poorly defined problem statements and outline high level approaches to remedy ability to read between the lines of client needs strong attention to detail.
Bonus Points if you have:
Bachelors Degree
Human Centered Design Certification
Healthcare experience desired
Experience with Federal government contracting environment
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $65,200 to $87,799 and information on benefits offered is here : ****COVID-19 update:
