Test Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Test Engineering Manager in San Francisco, CA to partner with Design, Product and Engineering to enable accessibility end to end including driving accessibility features in platform UX, creating user stories, reviewing and providing feedback on design and mockups, testing and reporting accessibility defects. S/he will perform the following duties: lead Quality Engineers in the testing of accessibility issues in our UIs/UX; drives selection and decision-making process of (browser and device matrices, environment, test tools, test cases for manual and automation); engage customers directly about internal processes and continuous improvement initiatives; coordinate / Facilitates organizational training programs and continuous improvements for the company; design and build automation frameworks using Selenium Web driver with Java; perform automation testing; automate iOS / Android mobile applications using Appium on the Perfecto Platform; hold expertise testing with and have applied current Web client-side technologies JSON, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, XML, Node.js and other related frameworks etc.; manage 3rd party testing relationships as well as managing an in-house team; liaise with senior stakeholders and suppliers on a day-day basis; provide guidance to engineers stuck on difficult problems, even where such problems fall outside the manager's own areas of expertise; perform API/web services, especially SOAP and RESTful messages using Ready API; perform Agile CI/CD toolsets like JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence, Jenkins, etc.; tests-Driven Development TDD)/Behavior-Driven Development (BDD); work with digital accessibility tooling such as Jaws, pa11y, aXe, NVDA, Voice Over, etc. scripting experience, using build tools such as Jenkins and establish continuous Integration and Delivery systems, using pipelines; provide testing solutions for AEM (Adobe Experience Manager is a content management platform offered by Adobe) projects with Solar fusion and Adobe Analytics; provide testing solutions for native, hybrid applications integrating with EMR; ensure SOX and HIPAA compliances are adhered during different phases of testing cycles; applies US Healthcare Provider and Payer knowledge in the testing solutions delivered; and understand and recommend technical aspects of the mobile application solution architecture, defining and building a comprehensive strategy for mobile Automation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires at least a bachelors degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any) or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer Analyst, Application Development Senior Analyst or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience with IoT and Mobile App Testing Background, including working on DevOps, Agile methodologies of a software development life cycle; 5 years of experience with test automation tools like Selenium, UiPath and Perfecto Mobile; 5 years of experience in US Healthcare industry Payer & Provider functional domains; 5 years of experience in SOX, HIPAA and accessibility standards, laws and guidelines including WCAG 2.0, Section 508 and WAI-ARIA; 1 year of experience in CRM, ETL tools such as DataMart, Tableau, Callidus and Content Management framework such as AEM, Adobe Analytics, IBM Teamsite and Webtrends; and 1 year of experience in Project and Program Management, Financials and budget tracking, Resource Management.
Positions are based in San Francisco, CA but requires domestic travel up to 5 % of an average work week.
