Manager, Reward Consulting
Purpose :
Provide global reward consulting support to the VP Reward in developing and implementing major reward change projects, addressing challenging reward issues, and increasing the strategic effectiveness and efficiency of reward, in partnership with the team, the HR function and relevant line managers.
Accountabilities :
Scanning reward horizon to ensure that emerging ideas and trends are brought into Shell
Support the effective governance of non-integrated companies in Shell supporting and advising on the development of their unique reward solutions for the benefit of Shell as a shareholder
Play an active role as an expert adviser on reward matters to the HR business facing teams, especially during events of significant change e.g. M&As, JV activity etc.
Support development of Reward element of an integrated EVP, in particular in the areas of 'Fair Pay' (e.g. Living Wage, Gender Pay Reporting etc.) and 'Care for Employees', through appropriate policy standardisation and positioning.
Solve major ER/IR and attraction and retention reward challenges, in line with country/business priorities.
Drive reward simplification.
Plan and assist with reward change communications as appropriate.
Formulating and leading projects to explore and understand issues and developing solutions to drive value, performance and/or manage risk exposure for Shell Dimensions :
