Job Description: Management of Support analysts and ensure SLAs are met on a daily basis Calibrate with Quality Assurance analyst on quality scoring and research ways to fix quality issues In charge of conducting huddles, weekly wrap-up meetings and monthly 1:1s with the analysts and the management team Shares information required for the team to be successful Be responsible for the professional growth of their direct reports, and will be responsible for the measurement of their teamu2019s success Develops and maintains an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and departmentu2019s key performance requirements Develops and maintains product knowledge, industry knowledge, and business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job training and classroom training Develops and maintains knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment Demonstrates understanding of the customeru2019s business Basic Qualifications: Minimum 1 years' of experience in Program Project Manager Minimum 1 years' of experience in Customer Service Assessment and Planning Minimum 1 years' of experience in Data Analytics High School Diploma or GED As required by Colorado Law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
