Aon is looking to fill a Managing Consultant - Claims role!As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Inpoint, virtually while traveling nationwide! Role Responsibilities40-50% domestic travel during slower times and 50-75% during various peaks. Leading 2-4 Sr Consultants and delivering client projects, including planning, analysis, execution and management of multiple projects such as claim file reviews, data analysis, interviews, synthesis of findings, development of recommendations, cost-benefit analysis and presentations to senior client executives. Additionally, develop and mentor internal resources to ensure consistent methodologies are applied across all projectsPrepare and facilitate client strategy meetings, including program level oversight delivery and review of current program, client service agreements, project chartersDesign program-level proposal content and coordinate inputs of information from clients, internal project teams and other resources. Participation in the proposal delivery meeting to lead program level discussionsWork across consulting and software project engagements to ensure internal teams are fully demonstrating Inpoint Claims value to our clients, contribute, manage and grow Inpoint Claims sales pipeline by generating leads and upselling to existing client accounts To Be Qualified for This Role:Bachelor's degree in business/management, mathematics, economics, or related field6-8 years relevant professional experience with extensive knowledge in the P&C insurance industry; prior claims consulting experienceInterpret complex sets of client data, developing data workflows and mapping for extensive quantitative analysis on claims financial, quality, and performance dataCandidates must be comfortable presenting to c-suite executivesAbility to create presentations suitable for senior client executives. develop and manage relationships with c-suite executives, and working at client offices and virtual project team environmentFluency in Microsoft Office Suite and flexibility in learning new software toolDesired Skills (Not required, but will set you apart from others qualified):Advanced degree (MA, MS, MBA) Claims Quality Assurance / audit experience Professional working experience at a Big 4 consulting firm is beneficial Minimum 3-year experience in handling and managing multiple P&C claim types (auto, property, casualty, workers comp)Exposure to analytical software such as SAS, SQL, Python, RWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
