Work you ll do
As a Senior Consultant within our practice you will:
Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others
Participate in or lead the development of client deliverable content
Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
Provide coaching to junior staff
Contribute to new business and proposal development
Manage own personal and professional development, seeking opportunities for expansion of consulting skills and experiences

Our Federal SAP team helps our clients address some of the most complex Federal business processes from logistics, finance, and grants management; to audit readiness, procurement and ecommerce. Each SAP implementation focuses on a goal that supports business strategies through the enablement of people, process, and technology.
SAP Technical Consultant
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
3 years of experience developing ABAP applications for SAP HR running on HANA or ECC
Strong technical knowledge of SAP Modules
Understanding of Logical Databases and HR data structures
Experience with middleware technologies
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
SAP Certified Technology Specialist, SAP Certified Technology Professional or equivalent (or the ability to obtain within 6 months)
The ability to obtain a US Government Secret clearance
Preferred:
TS/SCI clearance
CompTIA Security Certification (or higher)
Help Desk support experience
Experience in technology consulting or other relevant industry experience
Master's degree in a technical field
