Aon is looking for a Compensation Consulting Associate - Employee Rewards As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Rewards Solutions practice group within Human Capital Solutions. This candidate can sit in San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, or Waltham, MA.  Your Impact As an Aon Compensation Consulting Associate Job Responsibilities:Researches and analyzes competitive compensation practices in a defined labor marketPerforms specialized research studies on a range of compensation topics, as assignedAnalyzes and interprets data and prepares summary reportsProvides routine, day-to-day support to consultants regarding the interpretation of data and findingsMaintains and updates compensation and financial databases You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Suggested Experience:Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingExcellent analytical and problem solving skills; must be able to identify problems and solutionsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentStrong research, analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel spreadsheets, word processing, PowerPoint, e-mail and internet tools  Education:Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics.
