We provide tools, knowledge, and expertise for the scientific measurement of talent and potential, enabling companies to build and sustain competitive advantage through a high-quality workforce. What the day will look likeThe key role of the Consultant is to manage new and existing client relationships, with a focus on designing and delivering best in class psychometric solutions for clients.Working alongside a team of experienced I/O Psychologists and Human Capital consultants, you will be given the unique opportunity to use psychology to develop innovative, data-led solutions and drive strategic workforce change in the ever-growing and competitive UK Market.Day to day, this includes: Nurturing and developing various existing client accounts Advising clients on Aon’s Assessment Solutions’ products and testing systems Combining technology and assessment methodologies to deliver highly efficient assessment processes in line with best practice principles Designing and implementing client solutions including but not limited to:Design: Assessment or Development Methodologies & Tools, Situational Judgement Questionnaires, Realistic Job Previews, Bespoke Reporting, Competency FrameworksAssessment: Pre-Assessment, Online Assessments, Interviews, Assessment CentresDevelopment: Development Centres, Providing Psychometric FeedbackTechnical: Systems Integration, Statistical Analysis, Solutions Testing Client training and workshop design and delivery Supporting on innovative, cross-solution line projects that join the dots between assessment, people analytics, L&D, rewards and performance Supporting the commercial team and senior consultants on pitches and proposals Attributes that will lead to success: MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalent Some proven experience in consultancy / professional advisory Strong understanding of psychometrics Great interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) A team player who enjoys collaborating Analytical, organised work style and a natural problem-solver Strong work ethic and a commitment to high standards A thirst for knowledge and the ability to pick things up quickly and learn on-the-go Knowledge of systems integration and basic statistical analysis is desirable  How this opportunity is differentJoin our team if you are passionate about using psychology to transform work and want to create real added value in businesses.
