How this role is differentOur Project Managers lead due diligence projects and use internal and external sources for client and industry research. With the freedom to communicate directly with brokers, coverage/exposure experts, originators, client service team members and other colleagues, we give you the space to find your niche. Externally, we'll introduce you to private equity firms, target companies and their representatives and insurers, which will help you grow your network. You will be viewed as an inspiring leader through creative thinking and innovation as you establish credibility through growing knowledge and trust, both externally and internally! Daily Responsibilities Write due diligence reports, white papers, insurance specifications, presentations, newsletters and prepare spreadsheets and analyze data.Provide ongoing relationship management oversight to private equity clients.Collaborate with originators in establishing relationships and developing opportunities.Communicate the value that Aon brings, even to the most challenging situations.Prepare proposals and make presentations to clients.Some travel required, post pandemic.Skills and Experience that lead to successThe ability to support several contending projects is crucial in this role, as project managers coordinate activities and information flow across multifaceted groups within a specified time frame. You will need to communicate well and at the appropriate levels with a wide range of people. We will help you establish relationships and build confidence of others (both internally and externally) as you respond to tight time frames.Financial – basic understanding of financial documents and accounting.Results orientedProficiency with Word, Excel, Power PointBrokers license or willingness to acquire is important, in order to properly collaborate closely with clients.Education: Bachelor’s degree. A CPCU is a plus, as are MBA, CPA or JD.
