JDA Demand Planning Functional Analyst. A contract opportunity is available with our Dublin, Ohio client for a JDA Demand Planning Functional Analyst who will provide expertise in managing issues and business inquiries around existing functionality and use of the application and assisting the project team in execution of testing, and contributing to training materials.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for producing unit test cases, knowledge transfer document (templates already exist)
• Assist project team by; taking part in defect review meetings, working closely with Learning & Development team to develop necessary job aids to support project, testing objects developed to support the project, providing post-implementation support
• Will be responsible to produce weekly status report and discuss defects in the defect review meetings with PMO and testing teams.
• Project goal is to migrate a new brand onto the existing and standard IT platform.
Position Requirements:
• Functional knowledge of Manugistics (JDA) Demand Planning is a required skill.
• At least 5 years of experience playing functional role in major projects
• Solid understanding of Change Management concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable reporting issues to project leadership and be able to articulate issues and resolution steps to bigger audience including PMO, testing, and functional teams
• Test Director knowledge would be beneficial
