Work you’ll do:
An Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading project teams from project planning through execution fostering client relationships throughout. You will work with cross-functional teams across the entire lifecycle of a digital project including supporting new business opportunities and leading project planning, execution and delivery.
PM Responsibilities:
• Clearly communicate with team members and clients regarding project needs and goals
• Help define project scope, goals, resources, and deliverables
• Create project plan and manage day-to-day tasks
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Work with program leaders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Keep track of project progress and write executive-level status reports
• Ensure business needs are clearly understood and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of customers
• Prepare research materials for business opportunities and planning sessions
• Work closely with the leadership team to develop content, organize agenda and logistics for key meetings

Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution
Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations
Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions
Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions
Marketing analytics implementation and operations
Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution
Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
PM Qualifications:
Required:
• 2 years relevant consulting or industry experience with technology/digital projects (e.g.: mobile apps, social media, web development, digital marketing, and similar)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of team
• Project management and team leadership skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong time management skills
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field is a plus
• Experience with Agile software development methods is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
