RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Product Enablement Senior Consultant - Benefits, you will be responsible for the release management and the go to market success of the Benefits offering across all market segments (SBS, HRO, MAS, NAS). You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify and address risks in our current benefits proposals and facilitate consensus-building when launching new offerings. Additionally, you will serve as an SME to influence strategy and help solve complex problems that impact the support of benefits operations.
Working closely with the Director of Product Enablement and functional partners such as HR, Legal, Finance, Sales, Services, Implementation and Product, you will develop and implement fact-based analyses, competitive and market dynamics to identify long-term strategies for growth and operational improvement opportunities.
As a senior consultant, you will work with a team of SMEs/Project/Program Managers from different BUs to execute opportunities, launch products and initiatives, and periodically review achievements and performance against strategic plans.
This role requires a high level of integrity, resilience, positivity, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset. You will have the opportunity to interact with various stakeholders in the Benefits business and end-user clients. Business Management:
Act as a change leader. Support user adoption through the execution of product discovery campaigns, feedback collection and pilot programs
Accountable for the delivery of an up-to-date testing environment with the contents/use cases for Enterprise Learning, Service, Implementation and Sales
Maintain Benefits related KPIs and help reach out Benefits related OKR goals
Drive the organizational readiness of upcoming product/features and support the integration and partnership with new benefits and retirements partners
Define engagement, transition, termination and support models as required
Other duties as assigned
Partner Management:
Conduct regular reviews with existing Benefits and Retirement partners to ensure that changes are translated to our products and services if needed
Support third party vendors get integrated into the ADP ecosystem
Support the evolution of our internal carrier connection solution and all other product integration approaches
Qualifications:
Minimum 8-10 years' experience in the HCM industry
Strong MS Office Skills (Powerpoint/Excel/Visio) and analytical skills required
Knowledge of some analytical tools: Tableau, PowerBI, Pendo, SQL
Knowledge of test management tools: Jira
Process improvement and design
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams
Exposure to the Benefits, Retirement, Health sector or to any Benefit SaaS product in general is a plus
