We are looking for a high-performing
Partner Pre-Sales Consultant
to manage our key partners in APAC. The successful candidate will strive to meet our partner acquisition and revenue growth objectives through partners. In this role you will be responsible for bringing LivePerson Partners on our Partner Journey, facilitating growth through education, strategy and guidance. The Partner Presales Consultant will help to develop the partner program to drive new revenue streams through partners. The coordination of activities, training, sales planning/support will be a significant element of this role.

What are the responsibilities of this role:
Work with the leadership team to prioritise and execute partner enablement plans, including gap analysis on the partner capability (this may include internal staff)
Support and plan partner enablement from Sales, Pre-sales to Delivery.
Manage a partner update program - to share best practices, new products and new use cases.
Ability to deliver training for the partner on our PoV and Demo.
Help to enable partners with their demo environment, scenario and delivery.
Work closely with the Partner Manager as appropriate to support partner capability and their strategy together with their GTM solutions and/or sales play solutions.
Manage and track partner certification and training programs.
Act as a liaison between the Global Enablement Team and APAC Partners, this includes customising the content to align with the APAC region.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate probing questions, listen carefully to responses, and summarise outcomes in writing.
Strategic Initiatives: Own, drive and/or support activities that transform business through thought leadership, vision and organisational development.
ROI and Value Management: Coordinate relevant performance review data at regular and agreed review points. The data must be interpreted to determine partner performance and support recommendations to increase the business benefits and sales of LivePerson’s solutions.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer response and satisfaction based upon both survey and attrition indicators. Increase reference ability.
Program Management: work with relevant delivery teams to ensure all aspects of scope, time, quality and cost are achieved or bettered through our comprehensive project management methodology. Communicate planned milestones and general progress
Delivering Best Practices: Continuous optimisation and improvements in developing and sharing best practices and lessons learned for increasing overall program effici
ency.
Who you are and what makes you qualified:
BS or BA degree
3 years working as sales consultant or similar role
SAAS software solutions within Enterprise client organisations
Experience in working with Digital/Web/Mobile, CX, CRM, eCommerce software
Demonstrated leadership, strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to present solutions effectively
Experience in developing and managing enablement/training programs
Strong presentation skills
Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to team collaboration
Consistent track record of success and progressive achievement in career to date
Business fluent in English
