As a Lead Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Location for this position is Chicago, IL. This position may require 10% travel

Qualifications
Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience with SAP Implementation / SAP Roll outs / SAP Production Support projects
Preferred
At least 5 years of experience in SAP CRM, SAP EIC (Employee Interaction Center) or CIC (Customer Interaction center) implementation and and WEB UI configuration
Knowledge on CTI and E-mail integration/configuration with CRM-IC
Knowledge on SAP HCM integration with SAP CRM using ALE/IDOC.
Reporting in interaction center with connectivity to BI system
Will be key person & responsible for implementation/Production Support activities related to SAP CRM modules and prepare Functional Specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, or Extensions Elements.
Experience in client facing, understanding client requirements and preparation of required project documents.
Providing input / consulting to client during various project phases/environments vis. Implementation, warranty support, Production support etc.
Experience with Project and talent management
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
