We help clients optimize workforce performance; manage people risks; and increase workforce agility, diversity and resilience.  Positions OverviewUsing depth of analytical and communication skills, our consultants help support global Japanese and International clients their strategic initiatives and decision making with respect to human capital. This position will work as a core team member of each consulting project, compensation survey manager and relationship manager.  Main work includes numerical analysis, drafting or finalizing client presentation materials, maintaining client relationships, executing advisory project as a core team member, conducting and operating compensation survey, participation in client meetings and the identification of client needs. Interaction with Aon’s global offices including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, US, UK, Australia etc. will be frequently required, and sometimes co-working with global colleagues on advisory projects. ResponsibilitiesWorks as a core team member of advisory / consulting projectsDevelops and finalize presentation materials for clients with the highest qualityConducts quantitative and qualitative analysis to resolve clients’ issues at client-ready levelsTakes a lead in client meetings, finalizes deliverables, and makes presentations to clients with junior team membersConducts and leads compensation surveys as a local survey managerTakes a lead in conducting studies, makes Aon’s recommendationsPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedQualificationsWork experience for large financial institutions and/or professional firms (audit, law, and consulting firms) is preferableExcellent communications and presentation skillsFluent in Japanese and business level English skills (written and verbal). Strong motivation to improve English skills is fully accepted.
