We align to a global structure and work to develop methodology, practices and services to exceed our client’s needs.What the day will look likeThe responsibilities will depend on the particular role, and specific responsibilities will be assigned based on the skills and experience of the successful candidates.However, the roles will involve some or all of the following:Co-ordinate and assist in the efficient delivery of specified services assigned to you for a range of defined benefit and defined contribution clientsCollaboration with colleagues to ensure that our services are completed within agreed timescales and delivered in a coordinated and cohesive mannerAssist with the management of clients’ expectationsResponsible for the prompt resolution and escalation of issuesAssist in delivering strategic projects on time and to budgetProvide status reports and metrics where needed to project partnersHow this opportunity is differentDue to the continued expansion of our client base and services within our Wealth Solutions Ireland business, and as a result of a number of regulatory driven projects, we have a number of full and part time fixed term contract opportunities available to join our team to help us deliver on a range of projects for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with experience in client management in the pensions or broader financial services industry or in pensions administration.Skills and experience that will lead to success3 or more years’ experience in:A client management role in the pensions or broader financial services industry; orA pensions administration roleQFA or related qualifications with up-to-date CPD will be requiredHigh degree of digital literacy with experience in MS Office crucial.Solid understanding of Irish occupational pension schemes and the regulatory landscape an advantagePrevious project management experience desirableExcellent analytical, numeracy, communication and writing skillsAbility to work to deadlines and handle workload in a timely and proactive manner.Demonstrable flexibility to adapt to changing requirementsAbility to work within a fast-paced environmentHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
