You will also be responsible for the following:Follow-up with prospects and clientsSales enablementSetting up meetings for the Top ProducerOutreach to new clients and prospectsFacilitation of marketing events for clients and prospects in the Healthcare and Power IndustryWork with professionals in Risk, Health, Wealth, and Human CapitalParticipate in the Aon Sales Training ProgramHow this opportunity is different This is a unique opportunity to work with a Top Producer in our Raleigh, North Carolina office. Through this role, you will increase your Aon IQ by working with professionals in Risk, Health, Wealth, and Human Capital. You will also receive 1 on 1 coaching and mentoring from a Top Producer. Also, you and the Top Producer will work together to identify opportunities for you to lead and enter into a split agreement on those accounts. Skills and experience that will lead to success Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.Active P&C LicenseProven track record in external B2B salesEntrepreneurial spirtExperience in building and maintain relationships with clientsWilling to travel to meet with clientsHow we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
