Developing and incubating new products and services.   About the Role  This role requires a flexible and adaptable approach to work in a consulting environment.  The delivery and management of client facing projects will take around 50% – 60% of your time. Successful senior consultants in AGRC also develop their own pipelines of work based on successful project delivery and relationships. A key performance metric is contribution to business development. Remaining time can be used flexibly according to your own talents, interests, and development goals. If line management and team development is a core skill, then there is the potential to develop a team of consultants and analysts to support client projects.
