What the day will look like The associate would be responsible for working with a broad portfolio of clients on range of Human Capital Solutions projects and taking responsibility for remuneration survey products and human capital solutions advisory services, while enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. How this opportunity is different Advisory Independently identify consulting opportunities, scope, resource and deliver consulting assignments as planned by project manager/project director. Lead or assist senior associate and senior team members in preparing proposals and presentations for advisory projects.Manage/act as project manager for small to medium sized projects independently, meeting desired quality, timeliness and profitability targets.Deliver high quality, effective solutions in the areas of human capital consulting, including but not limited to designing job architecture, designing of salary structures, variable pay, conducting job evaluation and job levelling, and designing of performance management system etc. Perform and review in-depth analysis and suggest effective approach to analysis in order to provide advice and recommendations within specific functional areas in rewards and performance management.Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to senior client management team.Lead and manage client relationships that grow and develop into key business relationships. Product/DataLead or assist business development and sales activities for data/product across segments (Radford, Mclagan)Collaborate with the regional product team in order to effectively meet product/data business targets. Proactively manage key survey participants with the dual aim of retaining survey clients and introducing revenue opportunities to the Human Capital Solutions team.Proactively contributes and innovate survey change process – including suggesting new job families, role profiles, remuneration components etc. with a view to both insightful analysis and relevant market coverage.Ensure accurate and timely delivery of survey reports as well as participant satisfaction. OthersBuild productive working relationships with peers and higher-level professionals internally and externally to exchange information and make recommendations.Assist in business development and marketing initiatives to build Aon brand in Human Capital Solutions and expand client base. Maintain Aon’s HCS client database for Thailand to be up to date and efficient. Represent HCS Thailand team in various Aon United initiatives in Thailand and regionally. Provide guidance and training to more junior team members.Perform occasional administrative tasks for Human Capital Solutions teamCommunicate effectively with team members to identify and monitor issues that arise and use discretion and independent judgment to determine appropriate actions to solve issues. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor's degree in relevant fieldsMore than 8 years consulting experience in related fields or as part of an internal team serving the needs of a large multi-national organizatioDemonstrated experience with a Remuneration / Reward Consultant, or similar Human Capital related roleProven experience in analytical and data interpretation roles in a commercial environment.Excellent in English and Thai communication both in written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with both internal and external clients.Able to work effectively in a multi-disciplined, team environment, as well as independently.High attention to detail and professional standards.Possess advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities.Highly competent in Microsoft Excel, managing large volumes of data, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
