In doing so, we are unlocking unprecedented opportunities for freelancers to earn more. Over the last two years, we have gone from zero to a multimillion dollar division within the Freelancer group. Now we want a keen set of external eyes with fresh perspectives to help us build the future together by coming up with a well thought, well structured strategy for 2021 and beyond.
What you will do
- Analyse the market by looking at customers, the competition, the substitutes etc. and provide insights into market share, threats and opportunities
- Analyse the current Freelancer Enterprise offerings, team structure, strengths and weaknesses and provide actionable insights that tie well into the market analysis
- Dive deep into the pain points of the customers and how Freelancer’s offerings can help them overcome these
- Work with leaders and executives in Freelancer Enterprise to prepare a detailed report and well structured strategy for Freelancer Enterprise to pursue in 2021 and beyond
- Help prepare the best execution path for the strategy, including identifying gaps and providing recommendations to fill them
Skills and experience
- Several years of management consulting experience, preferable at a Tier 1 consulting firm
- Experience working on technology products and technology companies
- Experience in performing market research, market analysis and designing go to market strategies
- Experience working on two sided online marketplaces will be a plus
- Experience in the staffing/recruiting industry will be a plus
