JOB SUMMARY
This position will support Carilion's hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all job responsibilities. Works independently and as a team member in a broad range of departmental activities.  These activities may include, but are not limited to technology planning and acquisition, development and maintenance of project management and system development methodologies, special OAS projects, interface projects, special training assignments, other specific projects, departmental marketing, research and development, consulting resource to various departments and/or clients as assigned by the Director and management of special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree or equivalent 8 years extensive experience required. Master's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:5 or more years of experience in leadership, consulting, vendor system or with payers required.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATION:None required.

 

OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent oral and written communications skills, knowledge of business practices, positive attitude, self-motivated, ability to work with minimal direction, ability to lead, and adapt to change. Highly skilled in use of personal computers.
