Software Developer Manager (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Software Developer Manager in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows:
Perform Incident/Problem/Request/Change Management which includes Service Management, Driving/Coordinating Ticket Resolution with Business Users and/or other Application Team, document/review Issue Resolution Approach, facilitate System and/or Integration Testing, Daily Application Support activities and/or act as Escalation Point-of-Contact in event of Incidents and/or Alerts in Production Environment and promote/drive Automation initiatives to improve Applications activities/supportability.
Conduct and coordinate Business Activities/Inquiries such as Implementation of Harmonized Tariff Schedule Codes, Mark-Out-of-Stock Soft and Hard Delete, providing Subject Matter Expertise with regards to Application Technical and/or Functional Processes and/or Capabilities.
Support and Facilitate System Maintenance and Compliance Activities that includes Application Patching, Scheduling/Coordination of System-related Maintenance, Remediation of Security Vulnerability and Minor Upgrades followed by Application Validations.
Manage Teams Daily Operations and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives such providing leadership oversight, provide timely feedback, conduct Knowledge Transition, discuss areas for improvement and best practices.
Participate and Execute Administrative/Management Activities (Prepare Statement-of-Work for Support Transition activities, receive Knowledge Transition for New Implementations and Enhancement, Weekly Work Prioritization Meeting with Account Management and Business, Facilitate Monthly Services and Weekly Status Meeting with Client Leadership Team).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 6 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 6 years of experience in Service Management, Application Maintenance, and Application Development.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in each of the following:
JDA Allocations; and
JDA Arthur Planning.
Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:
Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS); and
Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS).
Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) by using Automation Anywhere;
Global Trade Management (GTM);
JDA Transportation Management System;
Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting; and
Defining and implementing standard ITIL processes.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
