SuccessFactors implementation experience Configuration of the Success Factors application Depth in one or more of these modules: Succession and Development Performance and Goals Recruiting Workforce Analytics and Planning Compensation Employee Central
Senior Consultants are responsible for leading workstreams in the delivery of consulting solutions to large complex global clients.
4 years consulting in a relevant field is required, along with a Bachelor's degree and ability to travel 80%. Must possess expertise in the project lifecycle and in mentoring and growing junior staff. Willingness to learn and a hunger to contribute to the greater group are required.
