ServiceNow Business Technical AnalystServiceNow Business Analyst serves as the lead facilitator between Aon stakeholders and the development team by developing a deep understanding our stakeholders' needs and communicating these within the context of the ServiceNow platform. Business Analyst plays a key role in the success of the projects through the entire project lifecycle. Using proven methods and tools, BA will participate in project planning, analysis of stakeholders' needs, capture, validation and management of requirements, business processes, high-level solution design, and test case design. BA will work within the broader project team in close collaboration with Aon ServiceNow team and Platform owner, stakeholders, and technical architect. BA will work on projects that use Agile Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods. ResponsibilitiesForm a partnership with the Aon Service Delivery and ITSM teams to deeply understand their requirements.
