Description
Humana needs a big-picture thinker and strategic leader with the ability to influence the future direction of the Employer Group segment by working directly with executives and senior leaders on delivering significant medical cost savings. You will become an expert on Humana's Employer Group business and understand the key drivers and complexities of making the pivot to health and well-being in an extremely competitive marketplace. You will help create new solutions that enable us to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of care for our members.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who has the organizational and communication skills necessary to partner with key leaders across the enterprise to successfully meet our financial medical cost goals. In this role, you will lead our Trend Governance forums. This includes meeting planning and facilitation, ensuring partners are prepared, as well as managing action items and ensuring they're resolved timely. You will play a key role in medical cost management initiatives designed to build enterprise collaborative partnerships, solutions and outcomes. You will also learn the role of product owner (end to end) of our Medical Cost Strategic Analytical Platform.

Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree in a technical or quantitative/business-oriented field
Reasonable commutable distance to Louisville, KY
Prior experience in meeting facilitation, project management, or related area
Intermediate in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, TEAMS, PowerPoint)
1 year in analytics (interpretation, trends, data analysis or related experience)
Temporary WAH due to Covid-19. This position will return to office when deemed safe to return.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to present to senior-level executives
Masters Degree
Understanding of medical cost and how it aligns to business and growth strategies
Management consulting or clinical experience or certification a plus
Knowledge of Humana's internal policies, procedures and systems
