Infosys is seeking for Lead SAP CR&B / ISU FICA Consultant
As a Lead Consultant you will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications for Lead SAP CR&B / ISU FICA Consultant.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
Location for this position is Juno beach, FL. This position may require travel (or) relocation.
Preferred Qualifications for Lead SAP CR&B / ISU FICA Consultant.
6 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in the modules of ISU FICA
Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries North America
Experience of at least 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:
Requirement gathering
Business process design
SAP configuration
RICEFW Functional design
Systems and Integration Testing
Resolving production issues
Experience in working Agile methodology is preferable
Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis of SAP ISU data
Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day
Hands-On Functional Experience of the following but not limited to:
Strong Understanding of end to end dunning process, Collection, Installment Plan using BRF methods
Setup of Main & Sub transaction Experience in analyzing issue in Billing & Invoicing process.
Experience in setup of Org Structure, GL setup & Integration
Experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment.
Setup of Direct Debit Payments.
Good Experience in Invoice Layout & Bill Print.
Integration with Billing & FICO.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
