in litigation and/or regulatory matters. We are looking for an individual who has provided sworn
testimony in court, deposition or similar forum and who is comfortable in the legal arena. He or
she should have strong oral and writing skills, and be able to explain statistical concepts to a
layperson. The ideal candidate will also have entrepreneurial interests, knowledge of statistical
software packages and the ability to market and to manage projects and support staff
(This is not a temporary assignment for an individual seeking an
academic position. The successful candidate should ultimately be interested in an equity position.)

professions. Our primary areas of activity are employment discrimination litigation and affirmative
action planning, but we also work on legal matters in a variety of other areas.
