**A Day in the Life**
As Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consultant Specialist, you will connect with clients, understand and analyze their most pressing business problems and deliver high value services which improve their productivity, quality and competitiveness. You will deliver well scoped operational excellence and pathway optimization projects at target strategic customer. As senior consultant you coordinate all consultancy delivery activities within key clients and/or lead challenging stand-alone consultancy engagements. You manage and work collaboratively with teams to drive full end-to-end transformation programs, operational excellence and pathway optimization projects.
You are responsible for quality of consultancy delivery for those programs/engagements and act as the first line Medtronic liaison for your customers. You interface with hospital staff (clinical and non-clinical) and occasionally with C-suite and senior management and understand their most pressing problems. As such you are also working as a connection between IHS consulting, business development colleagues and the clients you serve. Additionally, you will interact with multiple stakeholders within the Medtronic organization, including the Integrated Health Solutions team, market development teams, sales team, etc.
**Main job duties / responsibilities are:**
Partner with key hospital stakeholders, influencing them by developing well-articulated situation analysis for change
Develop actionable plans for immediate improvement and costs benefit solutions
Manage and execute end-to-end projects, leading to quantified economic value
Map, understand and assess clinical pathways and patient journeys within a hospital or health system settings
Track, measure and interpret outcomes pre, during and post care
Understand and outline population health trends and impacts on the patient journey and outcomes
Work with accounts to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and optimize operations
Support in influencing key stakeholders by developing well-articulated situation analysis and case for change
Identify, frame and prioritize initiatives to capture value, and establish road-map and develop actionable plans / project portfolios for immediate improvement and costs savings
Manage full end-to-end projects / programs and performing day to day coaching and mentoring activities to the service delivery team
Periodically prepare portfolio reviews of the partnership program with steering com (IHS customer) to track status, progress and measure economic value and customer satisfaction)
Drive implementation, coach and develop local project or staff resources
Capture learning and best-practices and continuously enrich Medtronic consulting toolbox
Identify and build new services and solutions that enable clients to improve outcomes and reduce costs of delivering care
Drive data analytics around clinical, operational and financial outcomes

Work independently, but according to standardized practices industrialized by the team
Share and communicate determined best practices actively in the team
Work together as a team to develop new service offerings out of pilot projects
**Must Have**
Advanced Education Degree (Masters)
Fluent in English and Polish
Demonstrable experience over 3 years including relevant experience in consulting
Healthcare Industry knowledge or experience
Experience dealing with hospitals clinical leaders, staff, and C-suite/Sr. Management/stakeholders
Experience with working and communicating in international environments, preferably in matrix organizations
Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery
Demonstrable project/program management skills: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, relationship building, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
Experience in change management
**Nice to Have**
Lean Six Sigma certification a is a plus
Other language skills are a plus
