Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of OneStream solution
Learn and understand clients’ business requirements and design, build, configure, test andsupport the OneStream application
Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering through Hypercare
Will be expected to contribute towards various practice building activities like sales pursuits,proof-of-concepts or demonstrating prototype of the solution and training
Will be expected to work towards building custom accelerators

Qualifications
Required
4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience with:
OneStream solution experience
Experience in building metadata, business rules, forms, designing cube views, workflow, data, reconciliation and any custom rules
Understanding of cloud-based SaaS and PaaS market offerings
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Must be willing to work/relocate to Gilbert, AZ or Mechanicsburg, PA.
Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
Experience with 1-2 end to end implementation(s) in OneStream
Built application models that will package specific planning processes (e.g. Sales forecasting,financial planning and forecasting, workforce planning, etc.)
Experience in creation of Business Rules – Custom Consolidations, Intercompany eliminations,automating CashFlow, Custom Translations and Currency Overrides
Experience in preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, trainingmaterials and administration/procedural guides
Understanding and experience of software development best practices
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
