Core responsibilities:Retain excellent strategic partnerships with leading multinationals around global/regional benefits managementDeliver leading benefit solutions to multinational clients. These typically include;Develop and deliver analytics solutions based on medical claims and other health & wellness data to key clients Benchmark and design benefit programs across APAC programs using data and evidence-based approach (e.g. medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, expatriate benefits)Advise provision of optimal benefit funding strategies and leading risk management solutionsIdentify opportunities and gaps in current product offering and market practice and develop innovative solutions to overcome themPartner with regional clinical experts to develop and deliver health risk management solutions to clientsSupport design and execution of leading benefit technology solutions and health & wellness strategiesSupport/lead M&A due diligence and integration projects Work with Aon business leaders /local associates to integrate data analytics into all key business processes and client deliverablesContribute to leveraging available data and Aon’s capabilities to build differentiated and innovative global benefits solutionsPursue opportunities to articulate Aon’s Global Benefits and broader benefits consulting offering to the marketCollaborate on business development opportunities with Global or Regional Sales teamsFoster close working relationships across the firm, within both Global Benefits and Health & Benefits, as well colleagues in other Aon teams Account management for key Aon global/regional benefit client relationshipsMaintain required professional qualifications On-going adherence with the Aon Leadership Model (ALM) behaviours Key requirements:Good multi-stream experience Experienced in a global/regional benefits or related role. Excellent client management and benefits advisory skills.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, attentive to detailExpertise in a global/regional benefits discipline (broking, actuarial, M&A, multinational pooling, international assignees) an advantage. Commercial acumen and delivery of value to client outcomes. High interest in data analytics and technologyAbility to work under tight deadlines and on several projects simultaneouslyFluent in written and verbal English with excellent communication skillsAbility to influence and build multi-cultural teams. Highly motivated, self-driven, quick learner Experience:5 years of relevant actuarial, underwriting, analytics or consulting experience in employee benefits, health insurance, health analytics or related areaUniversity degree in a quantitative subject (actuarial science, statistics, applied mathematics, economics, engineering, data science, etc)Experience with or a working knowledge of data management, analytics and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Alteryx, Trifacta, Tableau, Power BI, etc)Experience with or a working knowledge of a programming language is a plus How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
