Project Manager Level V

Profile

The Senior Project Manager/Analyst is responsible for planning and Management of key business projects with technology impacts following Bank of America standard DAIC/Agile methodologies and associated Tools – Including Microsoft project., PPR, Excel.
Responsibilities
• Consulting experience required to analyze current state, co-ordinate development of target state with stakeholders
• Prior experience in requirements gathering, business capabilities documentation and execute proof of concept with vendor for capabilities assessment
• Collaborate with Project team, Vendor and technology to develop project schedules and work plans using standard DAIC PM tools and methods
• Manage project scope and ensure project tasks/deliverables are completed according to specification and on time. Identify and communicate issues/risks to stakeholders and sponsors in a timely manner
• Proactively manages Scope through formal change control
• Understand the business and be able to provide regulatory understanding around Frank Dodd regulations
• Develop detailed business requirements and work with vendor/technology team to execute the business requirements.
• Produce project related artifacts and tollgates in addition to regular leadership updates
• Participate and lead team and planning meetings as required
Skills & Experience
• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience managing projects and consulting analysis requirements
• Experience managing business projects with technology delivery from vendor
• Specific experience with Ariba implementations a big plus, configuration and migration of Ariba Vendor Systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven experience presenting project information to representatives from all levels of the organization, including mgt.
• Bank Of America Experience with DAIC/DMAIC project methodology. Demonstrated proficiency in applying project mgt methodology to successfully deliver projects on time and within Budget
• Financial and Budget management of program and monthly tracking
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to document and produce Project Management deliverables according to Bank Of America project standards
