It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results  Responsibilities: Deliver leading benefit solutions to multinational clients. These typically include; - Development of global benefit strategies and policies aligned with client's business objectives - Benchmark and design benefit programs across APAC (e.g. medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, expatriate benefits) - Provision of optimal benefit funding strategies and leading risk management solutions - Design and implementation of leading benefit technology solutions - Lead M&A due diligence and integration projects - Provide benefits data analytics advisory - Design and execution of health and wellness strategies Pursue opportunities to articulate Aon's Global Benefits and broader benefits consulting offering to the market Collaborate on business development opportunities with Global or Regional Sales teamsContribute to leveraging Aon's capabilities to build differentiated and innovative global benefits solutions.Foster close working relationships across the firm, within both Global Benefits and Health & Benefits, as well as colleagues in Human Capital Solutions and wider team. Strategic account management for key Aon global benefit client relationships Models client focus excellence and responsible for mentoring and training junior consulting staff Maintain required professional qualifications Additional ResponsibilitiesPerforming other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your Manager and members of the Regional Leadership Team - Contributing, as required, to Health Solutions and Global Benefits APAC initiativesEngaging in Aon United with all internal country and regional teams to bring the best of Aon to the client, and in particular by working closely with Global Benefits and Health Solutions APAC teams Maintaining a continual professional development standard through Aon University and any other industry driven licensing (not relevant if not providing client advice) or educational requirements On-going adherence with the Aon Impact Model (AIM) behavioursRequirements At least five years relevant industry experience, e.g. regional and/or consulting experienceEffective communication skills that can cover senior management and multi-cultural stakeholdersMulti-country expertise of local market statutory, market practice, and best practice conditions; cross-border project managementStakeholder and project management skills to support cross-border project;.
