Work you ll do
As a Workday FunctionalSr. Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following supportingour Higher Education Clients:
Act as the Functional team lead
Work with the project team on business requirement definition and translation into configuration requirements in Higher-Education
Be the escalation point for critical functional issue
Provide direction and guidance to functional consultants
Serve as the primary correspondent for client communications
EmergingERP Solutions
TheEmerging ERP Solutions practice helps implement cloud-based Enterprise ResourcePlanning (ERP) applications such as Workday Financials and Infor. Teams supportfinance and supply-chain transformations where the software is a true enablerof process change and cost reduction. This approach differentiates itself fromon-premise / cloud applications such as SAP and Oracle.
Teams,however, do more than just implement technology. They help produce sustainablebusiness outcomes for clients by drawing on the experience and knowledge ofDeloitte colleagues across service offerings and portfolios.
Our Workday practice isthe implementation partner of choice for Workday s largest clients. Wehave over 1000 Workday certified professionals working on the most comprehensiveand complex projects in North America and we are looking for high energy,committed and ambitious people to join our Workday community.
Qualifications
Required:
4 years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm
Deep Workday Financial knowledge and experience
Demonstrated success of hands-on experience with Workday implementations
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Excel, and Power point
Travel up to 80-100% (While 80-100% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Workday Financials certified
