Responsibilities:
Drive front end development of key client relationships in the construction and market In Australia
Identify new business opportunities and participate in the development and implementation of new growth strategies
Build a vastly stronger profile with senior stakeholders in our markets
Manage a full suite of Business Development including, but not limited to, advertising, marketing, lead generation and networking
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a 360 Recruitment OR in a BDM role, working to targets in a fast-paced environment
You already have a relationship network within the NSW construction industry
Have an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the box
You are driven, hungry and energetic
Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
Result oriented and committed to winning new business
